Faruk Aktay combines his professional background in Istanbul, New York and England & Wales with education in law and economics. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, project finance and capital markets transactions involving domestic and international companies.
Before establishing his own practice, he worked at Hewlett-Packard Türkiye in 2015 during the company’s global separation. His experience spans banking, energy, healthcare, infrastructure and transport, as well as litigation and dispute resolution.
